Group Classes
These classes expose you to a group environment that allows you the opportunity to practice and develop your Martial Art skills and techniques on an array of many different heights, builds, strengths, and abilities of individuals in your classes. This type of exposure helps you to learn how to adapt your techniques and skills to meet each situation. These classes are also structured for conditioning purposes. As a result of this constant conditioning you will find your speed, coordination, timing, strength, and confidence will be tremendously enhanced. How proficient you become is also a result of how seriously you devote yourself to your Martial Arts training.
